For Buyers
Which zipper types do you supply?
Metal, nylon, resin, invisible, waterproof and special-craft zippers. Within each category you can filter by size (3#/5#/8# etc.), material, teeth type, tape and slider options.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is shown on each product page. Standard items usually start at 1,000 pieces; customised items (specific colour, slider or tape) have higher MOQs, confirmed after you describe your requirements.
Can I request samples?
Yes. Tick "I would like to request samples" in the inquiry form and state the specs and quantity. Courier cost and whether a sample fee applies are discussed per product.
Do you accept customisation?
Yes — slider design and logo, tape colour, teeth type and size, and packaging. Describe your requirements in the inquiry and we will have the factory assess and quote.
Are your factories certified?
Certifications such as OekoTex and REACH are shown on product and factory pages. If your market requires a specific certification, tell us in the inquiry and we will match a suitable factory.
What is the typical lead time?
Around 7–15 days for standard in-stock items and 20–35 days for customised orders, depending on volume and factory scheduling. A confirmed lead time is given with each order.
What are the payment terms?
Usually T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment). Other terms can be discussed by order size. This platform does not process online payments; payment is made directly to the corporate bank account of the factory.
How do I contact you?

For Factories
Is there a listing fee?
No platform fee to join. Merchandising outsourcing is charged by service module and order volume, with the fee structure agreed before we start.
What are the requirements?
A zipper factory with a valid business licence, stable capacity for bulk orders, product specs, materials and certification documents, plus willingness to support audits or provide production photos/videos.
We have no export team — can we still join?
Yes, that is exactly who we serve. Overseas order handling, English communication, quotation, sampling, follow-up, logistics and documentation are all done by us. You focus on production.
We already export — is there value in joining?
Yes. Factories with existing export teams often use us for peak-season capacity overflow or to enter new target markets. You can also take only selected service modules.
What product information do we provide?
Specs, materials, teeth type, tape, slider options, MOQ, certificates and product photos. We help turn these into English product data, spec sheets and detail-page copy.
What are the image requirements?
Main product images: 1:1 square, 1200×1200 px, WebP or JPEG, under 200 KB each. Factory photos: 1600×900 px. You can send originals and we will handle compression.
How are orders settled?
Buyers pay your corporate account directly — we never handle the goods payment. Service fees are settled separately per the agreed plan.
How soon can we get the first inquiry?
It depends on how complete your product data is and how competitive your target market is. Once live, we start Google SEO and buyer outreach in parallel; first inquiries typically arrive within a few weeks.
