1. Information We Collect

When you submit a purchase inquiry or a factory partnership application, we collect the information you voluntarily provide in the form: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country/region, company name, the zipper categories and quantities you are interested in, your message, and a record of your consent to this policy. To prevent spam submissions we also record a hashed (irreversibly encrypted) version of your IP address at submission time — the IP address itself is not stored — together with your browser identifier.

2. How We Use Your Information

Solely to: process and respond to your inquiry or application; communicate with you about orders, samples, quotations and cooperation; and understand which pages generate inquiries so we can improve the service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for any marketing purpose unrelated to this business.

3. Who We Share It With

In order to answer your inquiry, the relevant details are shared with the corresponding partner zipper factory. Email notifications are delivered through Resend, a third-party email service, which receives only the recipient address and message content needed to send the email. Apart from this, we do not share your personal information with other third parties unless required by law.

4. Cookies

The public part of this site uses no tracking cookies and sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A single strictly necessary session cookie (gz_admin_session) is set only when an administrator signs in to the back office, to maintain the login state, and it expires automatically after 24 hours. It is flagged HttpOnly and Secure, so JavaScript cannot read it.

5. Retention Period

Inquiry and application records are kept for a reasonable period after our business dealings conclude, for follow-up and after-sales purposes. Beyond that period, or on your request, we delete the relevant records.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable regulations including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your personal information; and withdraw consent previously given. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We use parameterised database queries to prevent injection attacks, escape all user input to prevent cross-site scripting, protect the back office with server-side session validation and encrypted storage, and encrypt all traffic in transit with HTTPS. IP addresses are stored only as hashes.

8. Children

This site serves business procurement and factory cooperation and is intended for adults. We do not target, and do not knowingly collect personal information from, children.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
